No call-out fee. We quote the repair on site before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing for the visit.
We regularly work on Miele, Bosch, Siemens, LG, Samsung and Teka — washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens and fridge-freezers. Other brands are often fine too; just ask when you book.

Repairs come with 1-year cover on the work and parts we fit. Keep the job note; if the same fault returns within that year, we sort it.
Keep the door closed, move perishables if you can, and call us. Warm cabinets in Dubai heat escalate fast. We’ll diagnose sealed-system vs fan/sensor faults on site.
Vans carry common pumps, seals, sensors, belts and boards for the brands we see most. Rare parts may need a next-day return — we’ll say so before leaving.
